Chile: Car Theft Soars in Chile

Carabinero police report shows exponential rise in stolen cars since 2005. Car theft continues to be a major issue for Chilean drivers, as nearly 33,000 cars were stolen in in the country between Jan. 11 and Nov. 20 this year.
