MORE than 130 car keys and four vehicles have been stolen following a major break-in at an airport parking firm. Bosses at Car Park Manchester - just one mile from the city’s airport - admitted that up to 50 holidaying families still hadn’t been told so as not to “ruin their trips”.

Countryside crime cost £39m in 2016 says insurers

Rural crime has been estimated to cost the UK £39m, with many farmers feeling "under siege" from thieves. Lincolnshire was the worst-hit English county with a cost of £2.5m, according to a report by NFU Mutual.
